Tranquility | Peony Parcel

It's been a while since I've talked Peony Parcel! As some of you might remember, Peony Parcel is probably my favourite subscription box ever. With the wedding happening I just couldn't afford to keep my subscription up. They were very kind and sent me their latest box as a little wedding present. Introducing the Tranquility Edition.

"Me" time is something we all want more of. That half an hour, or more of time away from anyone else, to just relax and unwind from the busyness of day to day life. Peony Parcel*, a new Australian subscription box, aims to deliver you 3 to 5 full size or deluxe sample beauty, bath, lifestyle and wellness products to help you enjoy some "me" time.  It is a bi-monthly subscription which aims to help you unwind.

A single box costs $59.95, but if you sign up for 6 months you get much better value, plus if you follow their Instagram they always run specials, like the 10% off offer I used when I subscribed ("peonymetime"). I resubscribed for another 6 months recently because I knew I could not live without this box in my life, it's such a good little reminder to have this turn up in your mail box every two months. This month's edition is Tranquility Edition, let nature calm your body and quiet your mind.

The Tranquillity Edition is all about letting nature calm your body and quiet your mind. Inside there is a six products that are designed to help you feel tranquil and calm. With the chaos that has been happening leading up to wedding, I was very much in need of some calm, so this could not have come at a better time.

The first two products inside the Peony Parcel were from one of my favourite brands - The Soak Life. Long-time followers of the blog will probably know that I am a long time lover of The Soak Life's bath salts. I have used a couple of different salts from them and loved every single one. They are like the scent of summer with some very unique scents that just make the bath smell incredible. They have recently redone their packaging from the satchels to gorgeous tubs (which, in my opinion, is so much easier to use!) They have also just released their first candle. Inside this box you get one full-size Beach Please Salty Coconut Bath Salts* ($22.95) and their Saltwater Coconut Soy Travel Candle*. ($19.95) Safe to say they are both amazing and I could've got nothing else and I would've been happy.

The next brand inside was from Vatéa*. This was a new brand to me that I hadn't heard of before. They are a beautiful certified organic skincare range that uses a basis of Australian Certified Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Inside the box you get two mini size products - the Nourishing Body Wash* ($5) and Beautiful Cream ($5). They are really lovely and gentle products. My skin has been a bit irritated recently and these have both been so lovely to calm and skin. If you are after really lovely, calming skincare, I would highly recommend this range!

Next up we had some My Matcha Fix* inside. I love that Peony Parcel always includes some food or 'tea' product inside the box. Essentially there is always something delicious to devour inside the box! This month has some Matcha. Now I am a bit of a Matcha novice, I have never really tried or had Matcha before. I am not a big green tea drinker so naturally I have never really gone to Matcha as an alternative. Inside the box you get a 20g bag ($9.95) to try. I haven't tried it yet, but I am excited to. I have heard so many amazing health benefits of Matcha so it is something I would love to get in to!

The last product inside is something I am very excited to try. The final product is from SALT + GLOW. I have used a couple of products from SALT + GLOW now and have enjoy each and every product I have used from them. Inside this box is an AWAKEN Coffee Bean Eye Serum* ($32). It is a revitalising eye serum formulated with the highest recommended percentage of each active ingredients to hydrate and improve the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. You apply it using the Roller Ball applicator and then let it soak into the skin. Coffee is meant to be an amazing product that helps to remove inflammation around the eye, which is exactly what I need right now!

It was yet another amazing Peony Parcel! I love how many full size products were inside this box (three of the six to be precise). The others were generous deluxe size products. The best part is that all six products are from small, beautiful Australian brands. It has definitely reminded me why I love the box so much and how much I want to resubscribe to the box.

Have you subscribed to Peony Parcel before? I would love to hear your thoughts on the current box! Let me know in the comments below xx
