Zoella Jelly and Gelato

Zoella Jelly and Gelato Body Mist

If you have been following me for a little while, you know that I have a massive girl crush on Zoe Sugg (aka Zoella). I mean, I am currently watching one of her videos while writing this post...I think that says enough. Anyway, whenever she brings out a new collection I have to pick it up. A few months ago she released the Jelly and Gelato range, the first Zoella collections to be available around the world at the same time.

I should mention first, that not all of this collection is available at Target in Australia, I actually picked all these bits and pieces up from FeelUnique. And no, to answer your next question, FeelUnique's shipping prices aren't too expensive. It's like $5 to ship to Australia unless you spend lots of money.

Zoe always releases a new collection around the middle of the year, before releasing her Christmas collection in September/October (which yes, I also now have sitting in my bathroom and would be more than happy to do a review on as well if you would like).

This collection was inspired by the sweet scents of Jelly and Gelato and I love it. Look, in saying that, the scent had to grow on me, I didn't love it at first, I actually was a little bit disappointed, but now I'm obsessed. What is the scent? Great question, I am glad you asked. It is a slightly sweet, but not the sickly sweet, scent made up of elderflower and pomegranate extract. It's sweet, but also fresh.

Also, Zoe (let's be real, she ain't reading this...but if you are...) you flippin nailed the packaging. I have had so many people tell me that they thought these products were ice cream, or something other than beauty products. It's just so cute and well done!

Body Mist

Zoe always does a body mist in her collections, which I think is such a cute idea, plus her bottles are always beautiful. This one is slightly different to her others. Usually she has clear bottles, but this one is a really cool white bottle. The scent is exactly the same as the rest of the range. I am not 100% sure how I feel about the scent in a fragrance yet, it's not something I would wear by itself, but I like to chuck it in my hand bag to spritz through the day if I am worried about smelling bad (especially when I am playing basketball).

Cream Body Scrub

Serve your skin a treat, this indulgent mix of polishing sprinkles and rich cream is infused with extracts of Elderflower and Pomegranate to help brighten, smooth and tone.

I keep saying I don't need more body scrub, but look I bought another one! I do really enjoy this scrub though! It's creamy and gentle on the skin and isn't messy. I know that sounds weird, but coffee an salt scrubs can be so painful to clean up, so I always like to have a scrub in the cupboard that is easy to use and doesn't make a painful mess.

Zoella Jelly and Gelato Creamy Scrub

This scrub looks very solid when you open the tub. I usually just scoop a small handful out and then massage it into my body while I'm in the shower, it's as easy as that. I like this new formula Zoe, it's definitely a winner for me.

This product isn't being sold in Australia.

Shower Sauce

Lather up with this deliciously scented Zoella Gelato Shower Sauce.

This is such a cute addition to her collection. A lovely shower gel that is so lovely to use! The formula is a little different to her other shower gels, almost a little more jelly like (I guess that makes sense for the collection though...) Again, the packaging is gorgeous and I have honestly just loved having this in the shower.

Zoella Jelly and Gelato Shower Sauce

It is also really affordable, only $9 or $10 from Target.

Shower Shake

Indulge in the crème de la crème of body washes. Shower Shake not only cleanses skin, it moisturises too! Blended with extracts of Elderflower and Pomegranate to help brighten, smooth and tone.

Another one for the shower! This is a creamy soap. Imagine moisturiser, but designed to be used in the shower to wash your skin. It's thick and just feels so luxurious to use. I have to say it is one of my favourite products from the collection. Not only has she nailed the packaging, but damn the texture and the creaminess of it is just amazing. If you only pick up one of the products from this collection, I would 110% recommend this one!

Zoella Jelly and Gelato Shower Shake

Best of all, you can pick it up from Target for like $12 or something.

Body Pudding

Treat yourself to a scoop of lightly whipped body pudding, enriched with extracts of Elderflower and Pomegranate to help brighten, smooth and tone.

So you're all showered and squeaky clean, well next you need to moisturise to ensure hydration levels are kept at optimum point. Well look no further than Body Pudding, because damn isn't it just the cutest little product! It is a really light weight cream that looks like it has little pink beads through it, which is just the pomegranate (which disappears into your skin). I am always hesitant about using new body moisturisers, because I swear my legs are the most sensitive and easily irritated part of my body...but this works wonderfully. It's hydrating (and actually stays hydrated) and smells lovely and best of all doesn't irritate my skin one bit.

Zoella Jelly and Gelato Body Pudding

You can't pick this up in Australia, but it's only $13.60 on FeelUnique.

Bath Frosting

Take a dip with Zoella Gelato Bath Frosting. Enriched with moisturising milk, extracts of Elderflower and Pomegranate to help soften, brighten and tone.

I was so glad when I realised Zoe brought out a bath milk. I absolutely love bath milks and I wish more brands would bring them out! Inside this little tub is four sachets of bath milk, you simply open one and pour it into a bath. You end up with a lovely, hydrating and deliciously smelling bath that is just relaxing to bath in. Unlike The Body Shop's bath milk, you don't get that milky texture, but it turns your water a cloudy colour. I love it, I think she has done a fantastic job with this one and I am actually really excited to try her Christmas version.

Bath Wafers

Bath time has never been so sweet. These fizzy bath wafers are enriched with extracts of Elderflower and Pomegranate to help brighten, smooth and tone.

This is where I get a little bit disappointed. I didn't love this bath fizzer. Essentially what it is is a rectangle wafer looking bath fizzer, you break it into two pieces and toss it in the bath. It's meant to fizz and dissolve in the water. Dissolve it did, but that was about was kind of a let down. They look cute and I love the idea, based off her earlier fizzers, but I have just never really found they work that well.

This one you can grab from Target for $9.

All in all, I am really impressed with this collection. Zoe has released a number of new formulas which I think are actually really lovely. I mean, they are not revolutionary products that are going to give your skin amazing benefits, but I think they are great simple products that work really well. They would make lovely gifts (for yourself or friends of course), and just look stunning in the bathroom.
