1. Wake up early and watch the sunrise.
2. Put on your favourite face mask and switch up off for 10 minutes.
3. Make your bed each morning (it seems like a chore, but the real self care moment happens when you go and get into bed at the end of the day).
4. Buy an new book and dedicate at least 15 minutes each night that week to reading it.
5. Go for an evening walk.
6. Paint your nails.
7. Start a journal and write in it each night.
8. Meditate.
9. Organise your room/closet.
10. Have a digital detox - spend and hour off technology.
11. Take yourself out for coffee.
12. Get out of bed and do your hair and make up.
13. Catch up on your favourite TV show.
14. Drink a glass of water (hydration is key).
15. Put on your favourite song and dance.
16. Light your favourite candle.
17. Do something selfish (just for yourself).
18. Go on a lunch date (with your mum, sister, BFF, partner, a stranger).
19. Make a vision board.
20. Go to bed early
21. Run a bath and have a LONG soak.
22. Bake some cookies (or brownie or cake or your favourite food).
23. Cosy up on the couch in a blanket.
24. Buy yourself some flowers.
25. Say no (this one is one of my favourites).
26. Treat yourself to your favourite sweet treat.
27. Start a gratitude journal.
28. Take three deep breaths.
29. Do some yoga.
30. Have a good laugh - nothing says self care like laughing your heart out.
