Luxury Retreat : Belle Heath Guest House

So we've left Byron Bay and are back on the road. We had one more stay before we reached Belle Heath Guest House, but I didn't take any photos, so on we go to the next beautiful location - a beautiful guest house hidden near Richmond NSW.

The Belle Heath Guest House was our last stop on our way home and what a beautiful way to end out trip. The all white, double storey guest house is the perfect getaway for couples and singles looking for some privacy & calm. If you want a place that gives you a wow factor, than this is it. It is a newly renovated cottage with gorgeous high peaked ceilings. Looking out over the hills, it is peaceful and calm, just what we wanted before we went home.

The cottage is a two-story standalone building with private access. Downstairs you'll find a quaint little bathroom and a lovely lounge. Upstairs is the spacious living area, with a king size double bed (which was SUPER comfortable), kitchenette (with breakfast and snacks!), couch, desk and TV. There is a lovely little courtyard outside downstairs, as well as a little balcony upstairs where you can sit outside and enjoy the view.

The lovely Mel met us when we arrived and showed us around, telling us a little bit about the cottage and the area, making us feel right at home - especially when she informed us that there was a pizza place that delivered.

For eating, we decided to head to Richmond and do a spot of shopping, bringing back our own food to prepare and eat from the comfort of the guest house. We sat inside, watching the cricket and enjoying the thunderstorm (YES THUNDERSTORM). It was just the most beautiful little spot to stop for the last leg of the journey.

We chose the spot because we didn't want to be in the hustle and bustle of Sydney and this was the perfect quiet alternative if you are looking for a little getaway.
