Relax, Revive and Recover with Scrubba Body

You know how much I love having a relaxing bath and if you have been reading my blog for a while, you will know how much I love Scrubba Body. Now two of my favourite things have come together, with Scrubba Body releasing Soaking Salts.

But first, let me introduce Scrubba Body for those of you who might not be familiar with them. Run by the two loveliest people - Josh and Jase - Scrubba Body is an Australian company, based in NSW, which makes natural and organic scrubs, goat milk soaps, Soy Candles and Wax Melts. (You can read my latest review on their scrubs here).

Revive // Orange + Grapefruit*

These 'Revive' Soaking Salts are specifically designed to pull you out of that funk, using a mixture of pink Himilayan salt, sea salt and mineral-rich Dead Sea salts.

This bath soak uses Orange essential oils to create a happy, relaxed feeling. The Grapefruit essential oil helps to relieve anxiety and stress, all while stimulating the body and mind.

Relax // Lavender + Chamomile*

A truly soothing experience, Relax Soaking Salts contain a blend of lavender and rose geranium oils, natural organic chamomile and lavender botannicals plus pink Himilayan salt and Dead Sea salt to relax body and mind.

We all know how great lavender is for calming the mind and reducing anxiety and stress, well I have also always associated with the same with chamomile. This bath soak is exactly what you need after a stressful week at work.

Recover // Peppermint + Eucalyptus*

Formulated to detoxify the body and clear the mind, 'Recover' Soaking Salts use a blend of essential oils, pink Himilayan salt, Epsom salts and sea salt.

Eucalyptus is a traditional indigenous medicine known deep-cleaning properties and woody aroma. It is a strong scent, and a something I always associate with being sick - because I always have a bath with Eucalyptus oil when I have the flu. This also has Peppermint oil, which has a calming effect on the body and will relieve sore muscles.

Each soak uses Himalayan pink salt crystals and nutrient-rich Dead Sea Salts, along with their essential oils, which are cold-pressed or steam-distilled.

I am super impressed with these three bath soaks. I use about one cap full of the soaks, tipping it under running water and letting them dissolve. At $24.95, they are super affordable and you can easily get at least four baths out of each (depending how much you use in each bath of course). They are hydrating, and make the most relaxing baths. They all have a strong, but relaxing scent and I think each one has been perfectly named. The revive is perfect when I need a little pick me up. Relax is the perfect mix to calm a stressed out mind. And recover is perfect for recovering (it is the perfect soak for when I'm sick, with two oils that I have always soaked in to help relieve symptoms of the flu, just a little fun fact about me!).

Scrubba Body has been a favourite brand of mine because they always use the finest ingredients and make the highest quality products. If you haven't checked out their scrubs before, I definitely recommend checking those out too.
