So we are past the mid point of summer now, and I don't know about you, but I am really feeling the summer vibes at the moment. I have been wanting to build up that bronzed look, but without heading out into the sun.

So we've left Byron Bay and are back on the road. We had one more stay before we reached Belle Heath Guest House, but I didn't take any photos, so on we go to the next beautiful location - a beautiful guest house hidden near Richmond NSW.

It has been a scorcher of a summer this year. Canberra has had lots of 35 degree + days and even a few in the 40's! We travelled up to QLD to escape some of the heat that's how intense it has been this year! Naturally, being another hot summer, I have developed some summer essentials to help keep me cool and make it through the summer heat.

Earlier this month Dave and I set off on our bi-annual (I'm saying it's bi-annual now, so Dave we have to make this a thing) trip up to QLD to visit our good friends. Being such a long way away from Canberra (14 hours or something in the car) we decided we'd take our time on the journey home and took the trip back over four days.
