Beach Road Naturals

One of the aspects of blogging I've loved the most since I started is discovery new, Australian companies. I didn't realise just how many amazing companies there are in my own backyard. There is also nothing I love more than sharing these with you. In the spotlight today is Beach Road Naturals.

Created in Sydney's picturesque Northern Beaches, Beach Road Naturals was inspired by a love for the ocean and travel. To create the highest quality products, they carefully select ingredients which will enhance the look and feel of your skin.

I have been using some of their Body Bars recently and have fallen in love. Beach Road's body bars are uniquely made from an antioxidant and moisture rich pure coconut oil base. This unique composition makes them really luxurious and helps to create a creamy lather unlike anything else on the market. They have a variety of body bars to suit every skin type and need, from fragrance free, to essential oil and fragranced products.

Now, I have to be honest, before these turned up at my house, it had been a long time since I used bar soaps. I never liked them. I always felt that they lathered up, but sucked out all moisture and hydration from my skin. They were hard work to use, and my skin just didn't enjoy them. However, I was super intrigued by the coconut oil base that these body bars used. Coconut oil can do everything at the moment, so why not in soap?!

Organic Coconut Oil & Kaffir Lime*

The inclusion of infused Coconut Husk and Kaffir Lime Leaf will gently exfoliate dead skin, allowing the moisturising essential oils to penetrate deep into the skin. This bar is probably one of my favourites. The lime scent is so refreshing, especially in summer. It not only leaves your skin feeling amazing, but also refreshes your senses!

Paw Paw & Organic Coconut Oil*

The inclusion of Papaya Extract and Australian Mandarin Oil will gently exfoliate the skin, allowing the moisturising essential oils to penetrate deep into the skin, leavening it lightly scented. Out of all three bars, this is the one that is in the shower the most often. It has a very gentle scent that is refreshing, but not over powering.

Organic Coconut Oil*

The nourishing and restorative properties of Vitamin E and Organic Shea Butter combined with Organic Coconut Oil will leave the skin deeply moisturised. If you have really sensitive skin, I would definitely recommend this bar, as it keeps everything super simple, relying on coconut oil to cleanse and hydrate your skin. If my eczema is particularly bad, this is the one I opt for as it soothes my skin really well and doesn't have any added ingredients to irritate.

For the final verdict? If any of you read my 2016 Favourites you would already know that I am in love with these. But why? Because they are amazing. It is as simple as that. They lather really well in the shower and leave your skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. Unlike the bar soaps I used to use! Added bonus? They smell amazing. They are also gentle enough to be used on the most gentle parts of your skin as well. Skin having major sensitivity issues with my skin, I am always being super conscious of what soaps I use, as they are often a big factor in creating sensitivity in my skin. These bars conquer all of those issues though! Coconut Oil is a magic ingredient.

A huge thank you to Beach Road Naturals for letting me try these out and introducing their wonderful Body Bars into the world. If you haven't tried these before, you should jump onto, they are affordable and worth every penny, plus they are something your skin will thank you for!
